Delivery times

It is important to us that your canvas pictures and unframed prints reach you as fast as possible.

We offer standard and next day delivery.

All orders placed before 12noon are dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

All orders placed after 12noon are dispatched the following working day.

Estimated time for standard delivery is 3-5 working days.

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be in, such as a work address or a neighbour or family member's house.

Canvas pictures and unframed prints requested for next day delivery will be dispatched Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or bank holidays. Delivery is sometimes made on Saturdays but is not guaranteed.

Special delivery parcels must be signed for - if Royal Mail are unable to deliver, they will leave a card explaining how to arrange collection or redelivery.

Parcels returned due to non-collection will be redelivered at the expense of the customer.

We deliver outside the UK, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Customs charges and import duties

If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Neither we nor your overseas delivery provider have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
